It is a tradition from both faucets before you continue your Pilgrimage. If you drink the water, you are guaranteed to arrive in Santiago "refreshed." And, if you drink from the fountain of wine, you will arrive in Santiago full of vitality from "The Way."
Izabela and I tried both spigots so, we'll see about the refreshed and vitality part!
